At the end of January 2026, we completed another cycle of the psychosocial support programme within HumanityHub, this time with the second group of Ukrainian participants.
We started working with this group in November 2025, when we launched the first training day with the second group of Ukrainian refugees included in the programme. From the very beginning, this cycle confirmed the importance of creating a supportive and respectful space in which participants can meet, connect, and take part in activities that strengthen their personal and social capacities.

HumanityHub is a project focused on addressing the economic and social integration challenges faced by Ukrainian refugees. It is implemented in Croatia and Italy, with RCT and ACT Group from Croatia and Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo Danilo Dolci ETS from Italy as project partners.
A total of 20 people under temporary protection from Ukraine took part in this psychosocial support programme. Through this process, participants had the opportunity to be part of a structured group experience aimed at strengthening resilience, confidence, and social inclusion, while also opening space for reflection, exchange, and mutual support.
The final meeting of this cycle was additionally enriched by the participation of our guest expert Marina Grgić Eldić from Plavi ured, who patiently answered many questions from our participants related to entrepreneurship. Her contribution gave added value to the programme and offered practical information that was very relevant to the interests and future plans of the group.
The workshops and lectures received very positive evaluations from the participants, and their feedback clearly shows how meaningful this experience was for them. Some of their reactions were:
“It was a great training with amazing people, excellent exercises, and a special atmosphere!”
“Thank you to everyone, and to each person who took part in and organised this course. It was an unexpectedly pleasant and useful experience!”
“Special thanks to all participants for their warmth, openness, and mutual support. It was extremely nice to be part of this friendly and inspiring community.”
For us as organisers, this cycle was another valuable reminder of how important psychosocial support is in the process of integration. We are grateful to all participants for their trust, openness, and engagement, and to everyone who contributed to the quality of this programme.
